2 Double Beds No Smoking

  Stayed for two nights due to a death in the family and we had to take our dog. Best thing was they let us take our dog. Floor had wrappers... read more on it and we just cleaned then up ourselves and then we found food crumbs. There was nothing but prepackaged pastry and coffee for breakfast, that's not breakfast. There was a strange odor in the hall. TV sets in lobby and fitness center "didn't work".

Stay somewhere else if you can. Yuck!

  The front desk clerk needs customer service training. On the breakfast choices were watered down juices and milk and stale bread. The handle on my room was broken... read more and you need both hands to open the door, something I had to get the front desk to open the first time. There wasn't a second lock on the door. The swivel lock was broken off. We had to stick a folded up napkin in the door to keep it from rattling and put a chair in front of it. There was a 2 inch gap under the door. There was a note on the door going upstairs warning of the broken hand rail. Lingering just outside the door of an evening were guests smoking and drinking beer. On the positive note, the lady who cleaned the room was very nice and our room appeared clean, newer carpet and shower was nice.

  Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It was truly a house of horror. It was the filthiest place I have ever seen. The first room we were given... read more we walked in to find random potato chips on the various surface areas indicating they had not even been wiped down. The bedding had huge brown blotches of stains on it. Then I looked in the bathroom and found a yellowish ooze in the tub, which obviously also had not been cleaned. Please avoid this health and safety hazard!
