2 Double Beds No Smoking

My friend and I booked this hotel and the only nice thing I have to say is that it was super... read more close to the Tunnel Hill trailhead, but there are other hotels close enough. The room was fine enough, but the first night we were there I thought there was mouse poop on the nightstand. I brushed it off thinking it must be something else. The 2nd night we got back to the room and were watching TV when we noticed there were MULTIPLE mice running around in the room while we were sitting there! I called the desk and the woman who answered was NOT surprised. She offered no help when i asked and said to just kick them out under the door. I asked if we could change rooms and she said "Its the same anywhere" so we packed up and left. I asked for a refund for that night and the following, she said OK, but later I realized she only refunded one night. I have been trying to call for a week and left multiple messages for the manager to call me back, and they refuse to refund the 2nd night saying we left after checkout time, even though they wouldnt switch our room due to actual vermin running like they own the place.   The rooms are clean but if it’s chilly, don’t try the heater or it will stink up the room. Breakfast is next to nothing, you would do better at a... read more gas station. The pool has no water. The exterior doors never require a key card - all night too. Very overpriced!

Smoke alarm randomly went off at like 3 AM... read more in a piercing loud volume to the point where I had to go to the front desk where I didn’t find anybody and then I had to run around looking for this young kid who had to come in and then pull the couch in the middle of the room, stand on it in order to figure out how to make it stop screaming because it wasn’t battery operated mind you there was no fire. :/. I guess I’m lucky there was hot water.
